give it to you after offering it to Thakorji.” On hearing this, Mulji smiled and said, “Mother! Thakorji is always present in my heart. When I eat, Thakorji eats with me. When I sleep, Thakorji sleeps with me. Therefore, when I drink milk, he too drinks with me.” Sakarba was taken by surprise when she heard her son’s childlike words which were profound and spiritual. Sakarba offered a glass of milk to Mulji in order to fulfill his desire. Looking at his mother, Mulji smiled and drank the milk. Suddenly, at that time, Sakarba looked at Thakorji. She saw a thin white line on the lips of the murti,
and she realized the truth behind Mulji’s utterance.
“No dear! You are not to become a sadhu. Don’t speak such inauspicious words.”
Mulji was rocking Sundarji in a cradle and said he was going to become a sadhu and make Sundarji a sadhu too. So Sakarba picked up Sundarji and said this to Mulji.
“Mulji! such devotion should be practiced only when you are old. This is the time for you to eat, play and have fun.”
Mulji was engrossed in devotion and his dad said this to him. He then goes around the village and sees that no one is worshiping God.
“See how clear the water has become. Due to the moss, we could not see the water as it is. Similarly,
maya covers the jiva and does not allow the jiva to worship God.”
Mulji to all of his friends when they are at the well and he drops a piece of stone to clear out the moss and see the clear water.

Maharaj was talking about Mulji's mahima and greatness while on his way to Deva Kanbi's house for dinner. When they arrived, Maharaj asked if they were at Mulji's place. Everybody replied saying no and that they were at Deva Kanbi's house for dinner.
“What have you come for and what are you doing? The divine light of Brahma has faded away from the world, so leave now.”
Mulji was diverting water in his sugarcane field and Maharaj came to him in a vision and said this. Without a moment, he left for Gadhada.
“I willmake you a sadhu, but have you burnt your house or have you kept it intact?”
Maharaj wanted to test Mulji so he said this to him when he arrived in Gadhada. Maharaj knew he would actually burn down his house so he sent Bhaguji to bring him back. Sundarji comes with brahmin to take Mulji back, but he doesn't want to go. Maharaj tells him so he goes back. After some time, he returns with Sundarji to become a sadhu.

any bedding,”
GS was travelling with Muktanand Swami and he was sleeping on the ground. So GS also settled on sleeping on the ground. Muktanand Swami was instructed to do so by Maharaj. GS says orders from Maharaj are meant for all.

GS was waiting at night in the dark in Gadhada for Maharaj's darshan. Muktanand Swami came out at night for some reason and saw GS there and asked who it was and why he was standing. GS said he wanted Maharaj's darshan.
“Oh! You are the only one among the two hundred sadhus who has controlled his senses. Even I have looked at that monkey.”
Muktanand Swami says this to GS when GS stands up when Muktanand Swami asks who hasn't seen the monkey.
“How can I show my back to a sadhu like you?”
GS was begging for alms with Anand Swami and Maharaj was walking backwards to give GS darshan. GS requested Maharaj to walk normally so he doesn't fall over and this is what Maharaj says to him.

However, due to the strong opposition posed by the Nagar Brahmins, no one was willing to go. Maharaj instructed GS to go so he went with Brahmanand Swami. The foundation stone laying ceremony occurred with Gopalanand Swami and other santos.
“Swami! I am his constant surety.”
Maharaj says this to Brahmanand Swami when GS walks in and there is no one left to be his surety
