Buccal/Sub-lingual spray

- Spray containing 400 micrograms per dose


- 2/3/5 milligram tablets for buccal administration

What is the max dose of GTN?

NONE

What is the initial dose of GTN?

-1-2 sprays (400-800micrograms)


- 2/3/5 milligrams depending on which tablet is given (1 tablet no matter the dose of it)

What is the dose interval for administering GTN?

5-10mins

What is the repeat dose?

Same as the initial dose given (unless BP drops under 90)
