Adult- 1mg Im,Iv,Io, SubQ Pediatric (<20kg) 0.5mg IM IV IO Sub Q Beta blocker over dose Adult- 2-5mg IV IO over a 1 minute period followed by a second dose of 10mg IV if the symptoms of bradycardia and hypotension recur. Pediatric: For patient weiging <20kg the dose is 0.5mg |
