Which polyposis syndromes are characaterized by hamartomatous polyps?
1. Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome: Mucocutaeneous hyperpigmentation, increased risk of gastroduodenal and colon malignancy and extraintestinal neoplasms (ovarian, testicular, breast)
2. Cowden disease: thyroid and breast abnormalities.
3. Cronkhite-Canada syndrome: loss of hair and nails as well as hyperpigmentation.
