What is Project Closeout? What does that entail?

Project closeout is not easy to coordinate. What things need to be done?

1. Completion of seemingly minor details of work.
2. Delivery of late material and equipment. 3. Replacement of defective materials, equipment, or parts of assemblies. 4. Repair of defective workmanship. 5. Testing and approval of building systems and processes. |
