State law prohibits Broker from representing Seller as a client without first entering into a written agreement with seller under O.C.G.A. 10-6 A-! et.seq

Broker and Seller must comply with Fair Housing Laws and Seller agrees not to discriminate on the basis of any protected category. Although not included in the Federal Fair Housing Law, sexual orientation is included as it is a protected category under the REALTOR code of ethics
6. Marketing
A. three options provided for the seller to limit the Broker's marketing of the property:

* No address be displayed on the internet but permits
other information
* Third parties are not allowed to comment or
review the listing or display a hyperlink to reviews
on an internet website
The broker IS authorized to advertise in all media and procure Buyers in cooperation with other Brokers. Seller promises not to advertise without the consent.
