Adult- 0.5-1.0 mg/Kg IV Push given at a rate no faster than 20mg/min Pediatric- 1mg/Kg IV,IO,IM If initial response is not satisfactory an additional dose of 2mg/kg maybe adminstered no sooner than 2 hours after the first dose. |
