Hypersensitivity, Pre Exusting electrolyte imblanace, Hepatic Coma, Anuria, Pts with alcohol intolerances.

Diziness, Hearing Loss, Eceploathy, Tinnitis, Insomnia, Headache, Hyperuricemia, Athralgia, myalgia, Increased B.U.N, Hyperglycemia, Metabolic Alkalosis, despepsia, Nausea Vomiting, Hypo Chloremia, Hypokalemia, hypomagnesmia, hyponatremia, hypo volemia, Hypotension,
Cautions
If pushed to quickly , Deafness can Occur, Pregnancy Class C
Dosages for CHF and Pulmonary Edema
CHF and Pulmonary Edema
Adult- 0.5-1.0 mg/Kg IV Push given at a rate no faster than 20mg/min
Pediatric- 1mg/Kg IV,IO,IM If initial response is not satisfactory an additional dose of 2mg/kg maybe adminstered no sooner than 2 hours after the first dose.
