The moment would be when my supervisor want it to fire a employee for a minor error he did in the company. And let him know that he is making a mistake and remind him of the good things this employee has done in the company. |

I really don't have any. The best answer I could say is skittles |

Describe the project or situation which best demonstrates your analytical abilities. What was your role? |
I was working a line of product at my previous job and the belt kept getting backed up and product would fall. We were losing product so I searched the line looking for a problem, finding a tray had flipped over causing the product to begin causing a blockage, I immediately alerted the proper employee and had the blockage removed. |

How important is it for Frito Lay to adopt to new nutritional trends like Gluten Free? |
It allows customers who have gluten-interolence, to be able to enjoy the simple pleasures of a lay's potato chip, just like everyone else. |

Have you read any of our steps for a healthier planet? Why do you think we care about this at a snacks company? |
I haven't, but I imagine that would be a big concern for a snacks company, as your product uses the most natural products and without a healthy planet, resources can dwindle or lack quality which is something frito lay thrives on. |

What motivates me is my desire to learn new things and teach my kids the true meaning of hard work. |

I am extremely diverse and love people in general. I love learning about different types of cultures and beliefs. |
