*gather everyone around to join in prayer, welcoming all God desires to do *lead everyone in giving the meeting over to Jesus *always target unity, making it a safe place for the Holy Spirit to move *always emphasize the finished work and the blood, making everyone worthy to receive an encounter God for the evening *try to get everyone to engage, releasing heaven for each other, praying for each other, etc. |

*have everyone takes their seats *make sure parents are advised to keep their children away from the Jerusalem of Gold store *point out the expensive paintings, releasing honor over our meeting place *point out $1.00 drinks back in the refrigerator *emphasize being very careful with flags *encourage prophetic words, words of knowledge, healing, running them through pastoral leadership *welcome the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! WORSHIP & ENCOUNTER TIME *start the worship playlist, diving into the encounter time! *be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading through the worship time (encourage believers to dive in, partnering with the angelic, take authority over the enemy, etc.) |

MINISTRY FUN TIME WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
*this time is used for being sensitive to the Holy Spirit, allowing people to encounter the word that was shared… *invite leaders to line up in front to minister, releasing impartation, healing, prophetic ministry, etc. *bring people into an encounter with the word that was just shared *making your aim for each person to encounter God in a tangible way! Tunnels always help if God leads! *throw some worship on for an encounter time, etc. |

CLEANUP & TEAR DOWN
*make sure the bathrooms look decent – Marty will clean them before his next meeting *tear down projector screen, projector, computer, T-shirt and communion table, etc. *roundup offering basket, dignity coverings, mp3 player, etc. LAST THINGS *turn on and off AC/Heater *turn on and off circuit breaker for PA system *turn on and off breakers for lights *make sure the room is clean and spotless before leaving *make sure the children's room is clean and spotless before leaving *check trash cans, bathroom, etc., making sure they are up to par *LOCK BUILDING! |

*make sure to communicate about things like: drunkenness, angels, new wine references… giving scriptural information for newcomers *own the anointing and responsibility of leading Freedom and Joy Ministries, with lots of humility! *treat each one like a sheep of your flock, that God has entrusted you to shepherd (sometimes that means spending time, honoring, protecting, or giving tough love, etc.) *act like you know what you're doing, providing confidence and safety to everyone under your leadership *don't just be a teacher, be a father and mother in the spirit |
