Focus on characteristics like superiors who are often inaccessible, power equals perks, high centralization, low delegation, and status is based on age, family, and position

superiors should be accessible, equality for all, low centralization, high delegation, and status is based on achievement

|
Based on common goals and objectives versus focusing on one's self-interest.

What values are rated in Life Focus?
|
Assertiveness, success, and competition are rated higher. While quality of life and personal relationships are rated low.

What situations is Structure focus based on?
|
Based on situations that are uncertain, ambiguous, and unstructured.

What does Time focus base itself off of?
|
Based on which people view time as sequential, a series of passing events, or as synchronic, past, present, and future.

What is a synchronic culture?
|
One activity, keeping strict appointments, schedule above relationships, inductive thinking (parts and details first) and deadlines are set in stone.
