A question that suggests the answer.
Narrative response.
When the witness has been talking upwards of 30 seconds
Asked and answered.
When the cross-examining lawyer has been asking the same question over and over again
Nonresponsive.
When the witness doesn't answer the question posed.
Compound question.
When the lawyer asks two questions in one.
Vague, ambiguous, or confusing question.
