Is it possible for different users to get different results from running the same report?

Yes. A user's permissions determine what data is visible in the report that they create. If the data is invisible to them, then the report will reflect that.

"Running User" - Determines the data that is displayed. Whichever level of data they have access to will be displayed.

What are the different Report Types?
|
1. Tabular - Fastest method of viewing data. Simple listing of data without subtotals. Cannot be used to create charts or dashboards.
2. Summary - Similar to tabular reports but allow ROW grouping, subtotals, and you can create charts and dashboards from them. 3. Matrix - Similar to summary reports but allow ROW and COLUMN grouping. Can be used to create charts and dashboards. |
