What are folders for?
Storing reports and dashboards. Security is set at the folder to control who can view the contents.
Dashboards
"Running User" - Determines the data that is displayed. Whichever level of data they have access to will be displayed.

*Can NOT create dashboards from Tabular report types.

What are the different Report Types?
1. Tabular - Fastest method of viewing data. Simple listing of data without subtotals. Cannot be used to create charts or dashboards.
2. Summary - Similar to tabular reports but allow ROW grouping, subtotals, and you can create charts and dashboards from them.
3. Matrix - Similar to summary reports but allow ROW and COLUMN grouping. Can be used to create charts and dashboards.
