- Is a part of the trauma bundle
- Part of massive transfusion bundle - Give if pt who is on warfarin has INR > 8 and is bleeding |

Give in patient with DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation) |

Give if platelets < 100 and active bleeding (with specialist advice) If pt not bleeding give platelets if < 10 |
