What is an Allergy?

An allergy is your immune systems reaction to certain food, animals, plants, bug bites, ETC.

What does your immune system do?

Your immune system protects your body from diseases and viruses, but when you have allergies your immune system overreacts and TRIES to fight off everyday things like pollen, grass, some foods

What are some symptoms?

Runny nose

Can you be allergic to anything?

You can be allergic to almost anything


Dust-mites: Tiny bugs that live in Dust


Animals: The "Protein" found in dander, saliva, urine, ETC.
