Look on PPT

Paul Gulino's sequence approach-

Based on Frank Daniel's film programs

Early reels were 8 reels of 10-15 minutes

The middle act is divided into 4 sections.

There is a first attempt to solve a problem, the attempt fails (known as the first culmination) at the midpoint.

There are new complications with higher stakes, this leads to the low point (the second culmination).

You can find this divide in the Sad Field paradigm and in Michael Hague's theory.
