For boys, hairline recession begins, the voice deepens, shoulders broaden, facial hair appears, some breast enlargement may occur, first ejaculation occurs, and sperm production begins. |

For girls, there is no change in hairline, breasts develop, waistline narrows, hips widen, uterus and ovaries enlarge, ovulation occurs, menstruation begins. |
