a collection of data that makes entry, retrieval and sorting easy and efficient.
database
a structure in a database that consists of rows (records) and columns (fields). It shows all of your records.
table
allows you to design and format an Access object (used for forms, tables and reports).

the view that allows you to add information to a table.

an object in a database that shows you one record at a time.

an object in a database that displays all of your records in an easy to read format. A report is more flexible than a table—you can remove fields and specify the structure.
