What time are you open until?

We are open Monday through Friday 9am-9pm and until 6pm on the weekends.

We specialize in waxing - that's all we do.

All of our waxers go through our in-house training program to ensure the same level of excellence from one waxer to another.

Do you accept walk-ins?
|
You can come into the store as a walk-in. We may be able to take you, but I can't guarantee that you will be taken. We do recommend reservations.

Who do you go to?
|
I go to whomever is available. They're all great!

What kind of wax do you use?
|
We use a hard, stripless wax made exclusively for European Wax Center. It is a low heat wax that does not adhere to the skin, which produces much better results than the traditional honey wax.

What is the 4-step process?
|
We use a 4-step process. First, we cleanse the skin to remove any oils or lotions. Then, we protect the skin with a pre-depilatory oil. Next, we perform the wax treatment with our unique hard wax, and finally, we rehydrate the skin with a calming product.

Does it hurt?
|
It depends on your tolerance for pain. Keep in mind, we are removing the hair from the root. The wax specialist will make sure you are as comfortable as possible.

How long does the wax last?
|
It usually lasts 3 weeks, but everybody's rate of re-growth is different, so results may vary.

Can I have full legs and bikini with ____? (Waxer does not have time for all services)
|
I'm sorry, she won't have time for both of those services. I can make a reservation for one and she may have time to complete the other. I can't guarantee that she will have time.
