FAJITAS TRES

Three bacon wrapped shrimp, 4 ounces of steak fajita meat, and 4 ounces of chicken fajita meat on a bed of onions and bell peppers. Served with a fajita set up (Guacamole, sour cream, Pico de Gallo, and a lime wedge), three flour tortillas, Rice, and choice of beans.

Chipotle Pollo Fajitas

6 ounces of chicken fajita meat, topped with Chipotle Wine Sauce, beacon, peppers, garnished with red bell peppers and cilantro. Served on a hot skillet on a bed of grilled onions and bell peppers, garnished with red bell peppers and cilantro. Served with Rice and a choice of beans, three flour tortillas, and a set up of Guacamole, sour cream, and Pico de Gallo.

Relleno de Camarones

A roasted poblano pepper, stuffed with shrimp, Monterey Jack cheese, mushrooms, corn, spinach, and zucchini, mixed with heavy cream, and spices. Topped with Monterey Jack cheese, cilantro, and roasted red bell peppers. Served with Cilantro Lime Rice and avocado wedges.

Carnitas

3 pork tibias braised and topped with Chipotle-Wine Sauce. Served with Rice. Seasonal Vegetables, and three corn tortillas.

Fajitas

Camaron Poblano Asada

Sauteed shrimp, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and Monterey Jack cheese, inside a poblano pepper, wrapped in a seasoned, grilled 8 oz Carne Asada steak on a bed of Chimichurri Sauce. Served with Seasonal Vegetables, Rice, and three corn tortillas.

Camarones Escondidos (hidden shrimp)

9 oz chicken breast, stuffed with three marinated, sautéed shrimp, topped with sautéed spinach, and Chipotle-Wine sauce. Served with Seasonal Vegetables, and Rice.
