Present subjunctive: How do you conjugate a verb?
First, take the yo form. (i.e. tener -- tengo).
Next, subtract the -o. (i.e. tengo - o = teng)
Finally, add appropriate ending.
EXAMPLE: Espero que ustedes tengan un buen día.
