Anaphylaxis - use cautiously on Pt with COPD, CHF, Hx of AMI Or heart disease, over 45y/o, HTN, arrhythmias and labor Monitor ECG, massage inj site, Pt on Beta blockers may need Higher doses of epi and or Glucagon |
