Hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) is the key enzyme in the regulation
of lipid stores. It is the rate limiting enzyme in the degradation
of triacylglycerol (TAG) and free fatty acids triaglycerides from from esterification
Albumin
is one of the most important plasma protein because it provides the bulk of the oncotic pressure in blood vessels thus maintaining the proper vascular osmolarity w/o it fluid will leak out into the interstitial space causing edema some lipid soluble molecules bind to albumin to increase their solubility in the blood plasma
