ALLITERATION
Repetition of the same CONSONANT sound at the BEGINNING of a number of consecutive words for EFFECT.

What is a CONSONANT?
It's the OPPOSITE of a VOWEL. Vowels are A, E, I, O and U. Consonants are all of the other letters. (The only exception is the letter "Y" which becomes a vowel in that word)
