Octopus (Dinner Only)

Potatoes, shishitos, mojo sauce


Octopus will be braised in white wine, bay leaf, garlic, parsley, onion. Potatoes are boiled in heavily salted water with bay leaf, garlic, thyme, then we deep fry them. Shishitos are grilled whole then sliced. Mojo sauce is made with OJ, Garlic, Oregano, Coriander, Red Wine Vinegar, Cilantro.

Classic Caesar Salad

Garlic croutons, anchovies


Little gem lettuce tossed in a Caesar dressing which is made from egg yolks, anchovy, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan, grape seed, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic. We finish the dish with garlic croutons, Parmesan cheese and a few slivers of boquerones; which are anchovies that are cured in vinegar and stored in olive oil.

Garden Salad

Fall Vegetables, Sunflower seeds, herbed buttermilk dressing


Lettuce mix will consist of: Baby Gem, radicchio, endive. We make an herbed buttermilk dressing from mayo, buttermilk, dill, apple cider vinegar, chives, pepper, garlic. We add an assortment of shaved fennel, cucumber, radish, carrot, beets, Turnips and garnish with sunflower seeds.
