Identify those time stamps that match with either a database update or a patch application. 3. Update the following folder in the secure system: \\EFPDS01\D\Tools\ICCP\Downtimes 4. Copy the file to the corporate system and send an email to the DEWG with the file content. |

When a breaker has multiple "deadline" or "deadbus" recloser settings, we need to insert additional devices immediatelly after the device containing all of the other breaker modeling.
