What is embryology?

It us branch of animal biology that deals with prenatal tage of development beginning from gamets formation, fertilization,zygote formation , embryo and fetus development to the birth of a new individual

What is the two periods befor birth?

Fatal period and embryonic period.

What is embryonic period ?

It is period which last 2 months begining from zygote formation also organogensis occurs in this period

What is fetal period?


It begins from week 9 after fertilization, it is the period when fetus growth and weight gain occur.

What is gametogensis?

It is formation and maturation of functioning gamets

What does seminal fluid contain?

3:5 cc each 1 cc contains 100 million sperms (if 1 cc has 20 million sperms it stills fertile) & glands secretions ( alkaline fluid which contains calcium and vitamin C)

When someone has few sperms.

What is meaning of "ozoospermia" and"necrospermia"?

Ozoospermia means absence of sperms


Nercrospermia means dead sperms
