UOs are complicated, full spectrum Ops with transitions. US must leverage doctrine and new technologies: non-lethal, digitization, sensors. Urban combat will continue to be close, tough fight. Demands combined arms teams. Tactical situations can have strategic implications. Significant, focused training required. |
