Apnea monitor alert for patients up to 1 yoa regardless of current conditions
DOAM

(PRI=3) doa(confirmed) - when information received from a reliable source(i.e.; doctor, nurse, EMT, etc.); and from citizens describing obvious DOA (i.e. cold stiff blue, last seen 2 days ago). NOTE: ECO’s cannot accept DNR papers-only field providers who actually look at the paper work and verify their validity can. If none of the above is present, enter the call as CRA.

(PRI=3) medical mva - includes all motor vehicle accident where only a fire unit handles and they have medical issued involved (i.e.: fire unit runs up on the call and they advise they have minor injuries or patient refusals and no ambulance is needed
MVAHZ
(PRI=3) vehicle accident - hazard control for a motor vehicle accident only
PSFIR
(PRI=3) public service - includes water shut off, tree removal from roadway, etc. (engine or truck may be recommended to handle); carbon monoxide detector activation reported by alarm company or residents, also includes “safe place” situations
RFIRE
(PRI=1/3) reduced structure - includes all structure fires where a reduced assignment is warranted
SBRSH

(PRI=1) serious brush fire - includes all woods, grass, trees, field fires and fire of same nature, spreading fast and over a large area. This will be dispatcher discretion based on descriptors provided by the caller. Will also be used in place of BRUSH when conditions warrant and is initiated by the FD operations deputy, operations division chief, or shift commander

SMOKE
(PRI=3) smoke investigation - includes all calls where smoke or smell are present (outside only) and fits no other category
SPFIR
(PRI=1) special(fire only) - includes any fire not classified in other sections (telephone poles, electrical poles, ports-johns, etc.)

(PRI=3) stranded boat - this code is used on all stranded boats
TRASH
(PRI=1) trash/dumpster fire - includes trash and dumpsters; includes all yard storage, fences, etc
TREE
(PRI=3) tree down - this entry code will be used by the ECO during storms and only when instructed by the supervisor to start using. Authority to use this code comes from the operations deputy, operations division chief, shift commander or ECC supervisor
TRMA
(PRI=1) tech rescue mutual aid - to be used on any tech rescue mutual aid call
TRNCH

(PRI=1) trench/earth collapse - incidents where trench or excavations have collapsed or underground construction requires special sheeting and shoring operations;

VFIRE
(PRI=1) vehicle fire - includes any vehicle fire outside of a structure or vehicle fires reported out
WTABV
(PRI=1) water/ice recovery - any situation where persons visible and trapped or stranded in water or on an ice covered lake, pond, river or pool
WTBEL
(PRI=1) dive team/underwater rescue - includes all dive team calls where persons are trapped or possibly drown and are possibly below the water surface
WTREC
(PRI=3) dive team recovery - includes all recovery calls where there is no emergency rescue involved
WTMAD
(PRI=3) mutual aid water rescue request
XHEAT

(PRI=1) excessive heat - includes calls where there is no evidence of flame production, but there is evidence of melting or excessive heat; may use XHEAT as disposition code for calls originally entered as VFIRE if only evidence of melting or excessive heat
