What was "The Republic" About?
A description of an ideal Republic. A dialog about how to produce a just society.

He wrote "The Politics". It was about the Polis and the division of political authority.
What was a polis? What type of government?
A political community or a city-state. There were many in Athens. Usually it was an aristocracy(those few who made the most $$)
