The foam is introduced by the induction tube... Water passes through a strainer to prevent debris from entering... Induction chamber has an upstream plate with an oriface of 14mm and a down stream plate oriface of 15mm... Water flowing through these two orifaces creates a venturi - which draws foam concentrate from a static supply... The foam compound control alows the branch to be used in pre-mix or self inducing setting or straight water... has a foam concentrate inlet which allows the connection of a foam induction tube for use with a portable concentrate containers... Has a ball bearing valve located at the foam concentrate inlet port to prevent water from discharging from this port when the branch is operating in the water mode only... Water control lever which allows the total flow to be shut down as required... Circular carry handle which is ergonomically sound for the operator to manourvre the branch... |
