20-40mg or 0.5-1mg/Kg slow IV over 1-2 Min
not to exceed 20mg/min
If No Response Doulble dose 2mg/Kg Slow IV over 1-2 Min
Mag Sulfate
1-4g Max dose of 1.5ml/min
Pulseless arrest adult(torsades)1-2g or 2-4ml of 50%solution diluted in 10ml of d5w IV push
Adenosine
6mg Rapid IV bolus 20 ml Flush if no response after 1-2 min administer 12mg may repeat 12mg dose 1x(max 30mg)
Vasopressin
Adult cardiac arrest- 40 u IV push 1x
child and infant not reccomended
Morphine
2-4mg slow over 1-5 min titrated to effect
