Indications:Tx of depression. can be used for seasonal deprreasion or smoking cessation.Action: Decreases neuronal reuptakeof dopamine inthe CNS Diminished neurnal uptake of serotonin and norepinephrine.C/I: Lactation, may increase rish ok suicide. S/E:seizures, agitation,headache,dry mouth,nausea,vomiting,tremor.Usage: 100mg bid initailly, after at least 4 weks of therapy, may increase up to 450mg a day.

Indications: Tx of skin and skin infecs,otitis media, sinusitis,resp infec,genitourinary infecs.management of ulcer diesease due do Helicobacter pylori. Unlabled use: Lyme disease in children.Action: Binds tobacterial wall,causing cell death.C/I: hypersensitivity to penicillins, contain aspartame,avoid p+s with phenylketonuria. Indications: Edema due to heart failure,heaptic impairement or renal disease.Hypertension. Action: Inhibits reabsorbtion of sodium and chloride from the loop of Henle and distal renal tubule. Increase renal excretions of water,NA,Cl,K,MG,and calcium.S/E:dehydration,hypochloremia,hypokalemia,hypomagnesemia,hyponatremia,hypovolemia,metabolic alkalosis, aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis. Usual Dose: 20-80 mg a day as a single dose initially, may repeat in 6-8 hr;may increase dose by 20-40 mg q 6-8 hr intil desired response.
