-Percuss 6 post, 2 lateral, 2 apical. compare LR
-Auscultate through deep inspiration and expiration with mouth open

-Ausculate 4 valves w/ diaphragm then bell.
-Inspect neck for veins, then do JVP
-Palpate PMI and for thrills

Abdomen

-Inspect
-Auscultate 4 quadrants
-Percuss liver and quadrants
-Palpate four quadrants superficially then deep
-Palpate for liver and spleen

-Inspect hand nail skin

-Inspect and palpate should for deformity, tenderness
-Test active/passive ROM
-Strength bicep, tricep, grip
-reflex bicep, tricep, brachioradial
