Envelope

Written correspondence is to be sent through the District mail in the approved envelope, whenever possible. Each envelope should be addressed to a specific location and only contain mail for that location.

Envelope/ Directions

This envelope is titled “Inter-Department Delivery” and consists of five columns titled: Date, Deliver To, Department, Sent By and Department. Each column should be filled out when placing envelopes into the District mail

Special Delivery Requests

Request for movement of equipment/merchandise outside of the routine (lawn mowers, file cabinets, etc.) requires advance notice to Logistics.
