Can you transport a wheel chair, walker,suitcase, etc?
That will depend on the size of the item and if it can be safely secured in the back of the ambulance. The attending medics can make that decision when they arrive.

What do you say if it is an Omega level call and you have to hold it?

"Due to a high number of emergency calls at this time, the ambulance will be delayed for a short period of time, but will be sent as soon as possible. If the patient condition changes, please callus back immediately. Or if the patient goes to the hospital by other means of transport, please call us back immediately.”
