7-21 days after exposure, erythematous & dusky macules coalescing into patches, mucosal ulceration, bullae formation, sloughing of epidermis, fever
STEVENS-JOHNSON SYNDROME/TOXIC EPIDERMAL NECROLYSIS
non bullous: yellow, honey colored crusting bullous: flaccid bullous, fever, toxic, diarrhea, children appear non toxic

corporis (body): erythematous, papules, scale, annular | pedis (foot): shoe configuration, interdigital maceration | capitis (head) scaly patches with associated hair loss | cruris (groin) red patches, spares the scrotum | onychomyosis: yellow hyperkeratosis or superficial white scale

pink macules and patches or asymptomatic, hyperpigmented (winter), hypopigmented (summer)
PITYRIASIS (TINEA) VERSICOLOR

bright beefly red patches with satellite pastules and pupules, intertrigious areas (skin folds), foul odor

children: slapped cheek appearance goes to lacy, reticulate patch prodrome of fever & malaise | adults: headache, fever, abodominal pain, aplastic crisis, pregnancy increases risk of hydrops fetalis
ERYTHEMA INFECTIOUSUM (FIFTH DISEASE)
intense itching, linear erythematous patches (scabies@ end of burrow), inflammatory papules and vesicles
