What is a class I preparation?
Class I preparation is any preparation limited to the pits and fissures of a tooth. Can include occlusal surfaces of posterior teeth or the pits on the lingual of anterior teeth or the buccal pits of posterior teeth

Start in the distal pit and follow central groove into lingual and buccal grooves
