The cei serves as the formal operational reporting method between collegiate chapters and the national fraternity. The index awards points in eleven sections representing basic operational requirements in recruitment, membership, finances, professional and service programs, and leadership development. The annual goal and expectation of all collegiate chapters is 100 points. Obtaining 1100 points demonstrates the chapter met all fundamental business requirements for successful operations.

What is the LEAD program and why should you participate?
The lead program stands for leadership and excellence academics for deltasigs, which are training educational and social gatherings of brothers from across the country. This program combines provincial, regional and are conferences, training schools and leadershape. I should participate to better myself personally, professionally and fraternally while also developing my leadership skills. It is also a great chance to support the fraternity and have fun at the same time.
