Persons with 20/20 see the "big E" at 200 feet while the person with 20/200 visual acuity stands 20 feet away to see it with the same clarity that the person with 20/20 visual acuity sees it at 200 feet. IT IS NOT A FRACTION. Anyone that can see with glasses is normally sighted. |
