What the website did poorly:
• Navigation: If looking for smaller or less important things about Bretton woods it is difficult to find.

Links and Labels: tabs do not work properly, displayed horizontally, technical issues with the website

• Content: The content that is in the website is very bland. All the information that is given is short and to the point.
What the website did poorly:
• Homepage: Bretton Woods’s home page is very boring.
• Search and search results: The website does not have any type of search engine.

after this we will begin a secondary research in which we determine how the other websites in the industry maximize customer utility

conduct more primary research with an interview with the Bretton Woods management team.
We made this survey on Monday October 15th. We based our questions on the 8 things a good website should have.
The age of the people taking our survey was between 16 and 18 years old.
To conduct the study we printed out multiple copies two days later and passed them out on Wednesday October 17th
The survey took approximately 5 minutes.
Strengths:
Of the things that the site did well, the best was the speed of the page.
The other part of the site that everyone agreed was well done was the readability and the font.
Weaknesses:
When we looked at some competitors websites we found that they were more easily accessible

Technical Support $60,000 We want to hire a computer programmer to workout the problems in the website and to keep up and stay ahead of the competitors’ websites.
Hosting Fees $2,000 To host the server for the website. This will be taken care of by the programmer.
