- students currently enrolled who have taken only 1 sem of Basic ROTC/E-ROTC/NSP


- students who want to qualify for enlistment in Reserve Force or attended advanced ROTC program

Clustering and Cross-Enrollment Procedure

Allowing the student to transfer schools who offer any NSTP component during summer or semestrial period. (Also in the case of students enrolled in institutions that do not meet the required number of students to maintain optional ROTC and any of the NSTP components)
