5" Petite Santoku

Uses:
This guy is THE TITTTTTTS. super sleek santoku design, makes all ladies go cray, cute and the perfect size for veggies and chopping. santoku means "three virtues/three means", because it can slice, dice and mince. You can't usually slice with a straight edge, but you can use the drop point tip to slice and do intricate cutting.

Sometimes the french chef or regular size santoku can seem a little big if you're chopping up a carrot.
