Ipsilateral signs that present initially with seizure.
-Cavernous hemangioma(port wine)
-Choroid Angioma(May cause glaucoma)
-Meningial angioma(tramlike calcifications on CT/MRI)

If you see a port wine stain get an MRI immediately.

B3(pellagra): N-V-D c/ encephalopathy

R/O bleed w/ head CT

R/O Carotid stenosis w/ doppler
(surgery only >75% stenosis)

Control atherosclerosis RF's
-Lipid profile

Give ASA b/c it lowers the risk of stroke in those>50
