Sexual intercourse by a male with a woman not his spouse without her effective consent and by force.
Fraud re nature of the act can render consent ineffective for rape
Kidnapping
Without authority of law, either:

1) Confining or restraining a person OR
2) Moving (asporting) a person.
If robbery or rape victim confined/moved during crime, many courts courts won't find kidnapping
...unless confinement/movement is not merely incidental to the other crime because it:
