A crime is breaking the law of that country.

Who has the right to kill anybody else, some people may turn over a new leaf. what if the court makes a mistake and the wrong person is killed?, there is no evidence that proves the death penalty prevents crime, locking some one away is enough to keep society safe. life is sacred
