Acoustic; Whisper test, Romberg Test (stand with eyes closed for 20 seconds)

Glossopharyngeal; Speech and swallow, posterior tongue for taste, gag reflex

Vagus; soft palate and uvula rise with yawn or "ah", speech and swallow, gag reflex, general sensation carotid body, pharynx, viscera

Spinal Accessory; turn head against resistance, shoulder shrug (against resistance too), movement of trapezius and sternomastoid muscles
