-Ibuprofen 600mg 1 po q 6hrs
-Celecoxib 100mg bid
-Acetominophen 500mg 1-2 po q 8hrs
-viocodin 1 po q 6 hrs
-Muscle relaxant (cyclobenzabrine 10mg 1 po TID)
What are some other medications that can be used to treat back pain?
-tricyclic antidepressants (amitriptyline 25 mg 1 po qHS) or (Gabapentin 300 mg 1 po q hs in pts w/radioculopathy)
