What is Corporate Governance?

The act of governing addressing issues arising from interrelationships between boards of directors (Board) and senior management (Executive).

A conflict of interest occurs when there is an actual or perceived conflict between the public duty and personal or financial interests of an MFB or CFA employee or volunteer (including the interests of their family, friends and associates)
