The Mixing Process

Cream Butter, Sugar & Brown Sugar together
Add eggs, hot water & vanilla
Beat well
Add flour sifted with salt & baking soda
Mix well
Add 1 pkg choc chips & nuts
(if using nuts)
Mix well
Spray cookie sheets with Pam
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheets
Bake in oven at 300 - 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned
