Movements are always done slowly Painful movement s done last Compare rom bilaterally for peripheral joint eg shoulder hips With each movement ask for client feedback eg tell me If it feel any change in pain (or other symptoms ) at any time during movement |

Any change in pain (location intensity character radiation) Where in the range pai. Or change in pain occurs Quality of movement eg smooth jerky jumpy clunky Presence of substitute motions Degree of effort |
